This course is delivered online and is accessed on a per learner basis. It typically takes 45 minutes to complete, but you can work at your own pace with no time restrictions.

The course is split into three sections, each in presentation format with audio, and there is a multiple choice test at the end of each section. You will have three attempts to pass each test, which require you to get all but one question correct to continue to the next section.

I want this course to be easily accessible for all participants, so if you have particular access needs (for example, visual impairment, dyslexia, deafness etc.) please contact me so we can work together to achieve as positive an experience as we can for you.

You will receive a Certificate of Competence to demonstrate that you have successfully completed the course.

This course costs £55 +VAT per learner and can be purchased via this page.

The initial training is an overview guide, but to remain up to date with any changing rules and regulations, I recommend a refresher course every 12 months.
