This course is delivered online and is accessed on a per learner basis. It typically takes 45 minutes to complete, but you can work at your own pace with no time restrictions.

The course is split into four sections, each in presentation format with audio, and there is a multiple choice test at the end of each section. You will have three attempts to pass each test, which require you to get all but one question correct to continue to the next section.

You will receive a Certificate of Competence to demonstrate that you have successfully completed the course.

The initial training is an overview guide, but to remain up to date with any changing rules and regulations, I recommend a refresher course every 12 months
